She isn't the only one assaulted. I worked for Caddell const co. and I was assaulted/battered. left with an 8 mm hole in my spine.. denied workers comp. finally after two years made it to court to tell the judge how they shot me up.. I went to my governers office to see if he could help speed the process. I was told that he doesn't get involved in legal issues... but he couldn't help me anyway, he was in Argentina.. etc etc.. my whole story is posted on topix under the heading ( I can tell you about insurance companys) by Ted Ellison. I have a box of prof here to prove all that I say.
